About Cesira Boni
Cesira is a Functional Medicine Health Coach and educator, leading hundreds of clients. Cesira working with patients and practitioners reframing health for more sustainable result. She is an integrative nutrition health coach at XBody Health, Wellness & Spa in Wayne, New Jersey. As a graduate from William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey, Cesira obtained a graduate degree in psychology, with a certification in education. As an educator, she has inspired many students to target their goals and follow their dreams. After years of teaching middle school math, then becoming a stay-at-home mom and going through many health challenges herself, she decided to focus her career path towards total lifestyle wellness.
As a certified integrative nutrition health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, she creates a supportive environment that enables clients to articulate and achieve their goals. Throughout her education, she has been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help clients find the right lifestyle that works best for them.
