Autonomic Nervous System
Want to See How Stressed Your Body Really Is?
Stress doesn’t just live in your head, it shows up in your heart, your sleep, your hormones, your digestion, and your energy.
ANS Analysis gives you a clear, real-time picture of how your body is handling stress, how well you recover, and what your overall “inner balance” looks like.
This simple, non-invasive test helps uncover hidden stress patterns that may be affecting your health, even if you don’t feel stressed.
What Is ANS? (Autonomic Nervous System)
Your Autonomic Nervous System runs in the background of your body without you thinking about it.
It controls vital functions such as:
- Heart rate
- Digestion
- Breathing
- Blood pressure
- Stress response
- Sleep & recovery
It has two main sides that constantly work to keep you balanced:
Sympathetic System —
“Fight or Flight”
Activates during stress, pressure, fast-paced days, anxiety, and overthinking.
Parasympathetic System —
“Rest & Digest”
Controls calmness, healing, digestion, deep sleep, and recovery.
A healthy body moves smoothly between these two systems. When that balance is disrupted, you may experience:
- Sleep disorders
- High blood pressure
- Fatigue & burnout
- Depressive moods
- Fertility challenges
- Obesity
- Diabetes
- Irritable bowel syndrome
- Heart disease
- Menopausal symptoms
- Dizziness
- Migraines
- Chronic pain
ANS Analysis helps identify exactly where that imbalance is happening.
How the ANS Test Works
We use a comfortable chest-strap sensor to measure your heart’s beat-to-beat timing with medical-grade accuracy. The test is relaxing, non-invasive, and takes only minutes.
The session includes two simple phases:
1. Resting Phase
You sit or lie comfortably while we record your natural heart rhythm and establish your baseline nervous system activity.
2. Guided Breathing Phase
You follow slow, calming breathing cues designed to gently activate your parasympathetic (recovery) system.
This allows us to see how flexible, adaptable, and resilient your nervous system truly is and how well your body can shift out of stress.
Why ANS Testing Matters
Modern life constantly overstimulates our stress system — often without us even realizing it. Over time, this hidden stress can quietly affect your hormones, digestion, heart, sleep, and weight.
ANS testing helps you catch and correct these imbalances early.
It is perfect for individuals who want to:
- Reduce stress & anxiety
- Improve sleep quality
- Boost daily energy
- Support weight loss
- Enhance workout recovery
- Improve focus & mood
- Understand unexplained symptoms such as fatigue, gut issues, or burnout
Understanding Your Results
- Left: Resting Phase
- Right: Guided Breathing Phase
- RMSSD reflects your body’s recovery and relaxation ability.
A higher RMSSD = stronger parasympathetic (rest) activity. - Stress Index (SI) shows how activated your stress (sympathetic) system is.
A higher SI = higher stress load on the body.
A well-regulated nervous system will show more balanced RMSSD and SI levels — especially after guided breathing.
ANS Analysis doesn’t just tell you that you’re stressed — it shows how your body is reacting to stress and how well it can recover. This gives us powerful insight to help guide personalized wellness, lifestyle, and recovery strategies.
