Esthetician

Performing quality, professional skin care facial services, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling, etc that meet clients' needs
Customizing facial and body contouring treatments to craft truly personalized sessions and recommending a home-care regimen to achieve desired results.
Maintain equipment and use proper amounts of products to assist with cost controls
Follow proper cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing protocols
Execute opening and closing of treatment rooms

Active NJ State License and a minimum of 2 years practicing as a licensed esthetician
Ability to effectively sell spa products and services.
Ability to communicate effectively to identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and guide clients through the treatment to achieve the goals of each service.
Must have experience with micro needling, chemical peels, HydraFacial, laser hair removal and dermaplaning.
Must be dependable, responsible, and punctual.
Must be courteous and professional in manner and appearance.
Must be a strong team player who is customer service oriented.
Must show sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
