Licensed Esthetician Position Opening For Xbody Health & Wellness Med Spa Located in Wayne, Nj.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing both traditional and advanced skin care treatments and a strong interest in medical aesthetics. Professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform customized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, laser hair removal and other skin therapies
Evaluate clients’ skin and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care regimens
Maintain detailed treatment records and client progress notes
Educate clients on products, procedures, and post-treatment care
Ensure treatment rooms and tools are clean, organized, and sanitized
Assist with product sales and retail recommendations
Collaborate with medical providers on integrated treatment plans (if applicable)
Stay current with trends, products, and new technologies in the aesthetics field

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Valid esthetician license in NJ
1+ years of experience in aesthetics or spa environment (medical spa preferred)
Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and appropriate interventions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Sales experience and product knowledge in skincare lines
Comfortable working with diverse clients and professional staff in a team-oriented setting
Certification or experience in laser, microneedling, or other advanced treatments is a plus
